Loch Sport is a pretty special place.
Located far to the south east of Victoria, on a spit of land surrounded by the largest lake system in the Southern Hemisphere, 90 mile beach and national parks.
In a way, it's the quintessential beach house holiday - nothing is too precious (except the time we spend there!) and everyone has a cracking time.
Enjoy the summer sun!
lyrics
The summer days are all so warm
It's only 23 and Loch Sport's suffering through a heatwave oh
it's never a chore when we're chilling in the lake and we're on a summer break and we know we can never go wrong
with half a dozen beers, someone singing Britney Spears and we're dancing in the sand, espresso martinis in our hand and we're
getting ripped off, by the local shop, cost an arm and a leg for some milk and some bread
despite the mozzies swarming, Campbell street is calling
And I love love love Loch Sport living in the summer sun
Yeah I love love love Tatungalung Country in the sun sun sun
I guess we'd better stay here
Bonnie's doing flips on the lawn, it's almost twilight, it's way past nine and the barbie's still on
And we know that this is it because the fire is lit
It's Loch Sport summer it's been way too long
And we're getting pissed off, 'cause it's New Years, there's too many people and they're playing loud songs
And this is our street
We know everyone we meet
Even permanent folks know the patter of our feet
And we singing this song, from the the skate ramp to the playground to the RSL the boat ramp
and we're singing along
it's the anthem of summer in Loch Sport
And we love love love Loch Sport living in the summer sun
Yeah we love love love Tatungalung Country in the sun sun sun
Yeah we love love love Loch Sport living in the summer sun
Yeah we love love love Tatungalung Country in the sun sun sun
I guess we'd better stay here
